📦 Shipping & Turnaround Information

All items ship via USPS or UPS, and tracking numbers are always provided to the customer via email. Please be sure your email is entered correctly when placing an order. If you don’t see tracking info, be sure to check your junk or spam folder.

🛍️ Product Availability

Most items from Heifer & Co. are made to order, unless marked as:

  • RTS (Ready to Ship)

  • Pre-Order

⏱️ Turnaround Times

We are a small business with limited inventory on hand. Turnaround times can vary, but we do our best to ship items in a timely manner:

  • RTS Items: Ship within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

  • Pre-Order Items: Most suppliers take 14–20 business days. Please allow up to 30 days unless stated otherwise in the product description or on our Facebook page.

  • Ordered Inventory (T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, etc.):

    • We order blanks once a week.

    • Arrival takes 3–4 days.

    • If your item requires bleaching, we begin our 3-step bleaching process, followed by printing, pressing, and packing.

    • Please allow 10–14 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) for made-to-order items.

    • Non-bleached items may be processed faster depending on order volume and when the order is placed.

🎨 Product Details

Made-to-order & bleached items are truly unique. No two items will ever be exactly the same. Variations in bleach patterns, color tones, or minor imperfections are expected and part of the artistic process.

🧢 Transition to DTF Printing

We are transitioning to DTF (Direct-to-Film) prints which allows for a wider range of t-shirt brands and color options. Most of our DTF prints come from a local vendor, so turnaround time is usually unaffected. If delays occur, you will be notified via email.

📬 Shipping Delays

Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or UPS. Shipping timelines may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays

  • Supplier or shirt shortages

  • Order volume

🛒 Platform-Specific Orders

Orders placed through:

  • Facebook Meta Shop

  • Instagram Shop

…may take 3–5 business days to process before they’re sent to us for fulfillment. We’ll be posting updated policies soon!
